What to expect

The new apartment is located in the heart of the community Brixen im Thale, which is located at 794 meters above sea level. It’s the principal town of the Brixenthal in the alps of Kitzbühel.

The apartment was newly furnished in modern Tyrolean style in 2019 in the fully renovated attic apartment of the property Dorfstrasse 80. 100 square meters offer enough space for up to 8 people.

Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen with spacious dining area, spacious wardrobe and a terrace with an outdoor sauna invite you to relax and make the perfect starting point for a sporty-active or relaxing holiday.

Enjoy the unobstructed view of the Choralpe after a day of skiing, start directly from the apartment for extended, idyllic hikes, mountain or e-bike tours.

The family atmosphere of the apartment will make Your stay an individual experience.

    In the immediate vicinity there are possibilities for buying groceries (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop), banks, ski bus stop (2 minutes walk), swimming pool and lake (6 minutes walk), valley station of the cable cars (8 minutes walk). Various restaurants are also within a few minutes’ walk. Please note our recommendations.

    The surrounding Villages are worth a visit, and You can reach them by bike or car. Recommended examples are Westendorf (4km), Kirchberg in Tirol (5km) and Kitzbühel (12km).

    The ample dining room with access to the balcony provides sufficient space for 8 people. The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, a large refrigerator, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster and sandwich toaster. You also have a washing machine and a dryer.

    On the balcony You will find the outdoor sauna for four people, along with a table and seats.

  • Additionally

    The flat includes a covered parking space (further parking spaces are directly opposite) – as well as a ski cellar with programmable ski boot heating.

    The car park is equipped with a chargeable charging station for electric cars. A credit card is required to charge the car.
