Booking

Apartment for up to 8 persons

  • CAUTION

    200 EUR deposit are to be transferred in advance and will be returned within one week after your departure.

  • VISITOR’S TAX

    Persons starting at the age of 15 pay 2 EUR visitor’s tax per night.

  • PREPAYMENT

    After booking You will recieve a confirmation.

    Please transfer the required prepayment (30% of the total) within one week.

    Canceling Your booking is free until 60 days before.

    We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

  • ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

    ARRIVAL ON WEEKEND
    Apartment will be available at 3:00 pm

    ARRIVAL ON WEEKDAYS
    Apartment will be available at 6:00 pm

  • ADDITIONAL COSTS

    final cleaning: 110 EUR

  • FULL PAYMENT

    The full price has to be paid four weeks before your arrival.

  • SMOKING

    Smoking indoors is not allowed.

  • PETS

    Pets are not allowed.

  • BATHROBES

    Bathrobes are available upon request.
